Vitamin D seems to be the key determinant of whether you live or die. Sweden did not have a lockdown. My Swedish friend says most of the deaths are in the African neighborhoods. Possibly the feeble sunshine of Sweden cannot penetrate dark skin to produce vitamin D. Vitamin D is more than a vitamin, it acts as a hormone.
Well, there's your "proof" that covid-19 was invented to kill black people! Just another example of "whitey" trying to keep the black man down! :)
And Dr. Eric Nepute, who became famous through his Facebook page (Common Sense Health), says D3 is the one you need -- not the other D numbers. And it's not as simple as just taking D3. There are factors I can't remember that prevent the body from fully utilizing D3 and it can go to waste. Even someone who gets plenty of direct sun might not have enough D3.
